Surrender of certificate.—Every railway administration who ceases to carry on the working of a railway shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner of Railway Safety in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every railway line held by him has been disposed of.
