Conditions of registration.—Every organiser of a beauty contest shall carry on the holding of a beauty contest only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every home study report in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such home study report for inspection on request by the Child Development Project Officer, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
