Application for registration.—Every owner of an aircraft carrying on the ownership of an aircraft shall make an application for registration to the Government of Maharashtra in Form CA-6, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every flight held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
