Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of an aircraft shall apply to the Government of Maharashtra in Form CA-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Government of Maharashtra shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
