Fees.—The fee of one lakh rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of fifty thousand rupees payable on any other application under these regulations shall be paid to the Central Commission by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form IV; and the Central Commission shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within twenty-one days of its receipt.
