Authorised agent.—Any designated consumer may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these regulations, shall intimate to the Central Commission in Form IV the name and address of the agent within sixty days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within thirty days of the revocation.
