Regulation 2, CERC (Forms of Designated consumers) Regulations, 2013 [S3D-TYY]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003); (b) "designated consumer" means a person carrying on the consumption of energy by a designated consumer; (c) "register of consumers" means a register of consumers received, held or disposed of by a designated consumer in the course of the consumption of energy by a designated consumer; (d) "Form V" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
