Intimation of change.—Every trader within a cantonment shall intimate to the Cantonment Board, in Form D and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Cantonment Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
