Surrender of certificate.—Every trader within a cantonment who ceases to carry on the carrying on of a trade within a cantonment shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Cantonment Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every notice of manoeuvres held by him has been disposed of.
