Intimation of change.—Every parcel agent shall intimate to the Railway Rates Tribunal, in Form F and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Railway Rates Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
