Surrender of certificate.—Every parcel agent who ceases to carry on the booking of parcels shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Railway Rates Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every railway line held by him has been disposed of.
