Production of records.—Every electrical contractor shall, on request by the Chief Electrical Inspector, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these regulations for inspection at the premises where the execution of electrical installation work is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any installation not held at those premises.
