Safe custody.—Every electrical contractor shall keep every storage tank to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the execution of electrical installation work is carried on, shall record in Form V the description of every storage tank so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Central Commission within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
