Application for registration.—Every electrical contractor carrying on the execution of electrical installation work shall make an application for registration to the Central Commission in Form V, within seven days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every supply line held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
