Regulation 2, PNGRB (Forms of Electrical contractors) Regulations, 2013 [S3D-R39]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006); (b) "electrical contractor" means a person carrying on the execution of electrical installation work; (c) "register of consumers" means a register of consumers received, held or disposed of by a electrical contractor in the course of the execution of electrical installation work; (d) "Form VI" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
