Surrender of certificate.—Every requesting entity who ceases to carry on the authentication of identity shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every electronic record held by him has been disposed of.
