Application for registration.—Every flying training organisation carrying on the training of pilots shall make an application for registration to the Appellate Tribunal in Form CA-2, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every aerodrome held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
