Surrender of certificate.—Every data fiduciary who ceases to carry on the processing of personal data shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Certifying Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every digital signature held by him has been disposed of.
