Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any guarantee holder dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Directorate of Treasuries in Form GFR 12-C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of contracts then held; and the Directorate of Treasuries shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
