Intimation of change.—Every borrower shall intimate to the Reserve Bank, in Form E and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Reserve Bank shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
