Intimation of change.—Every patentee shall intimate to the Registrar, in Form 1 and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
