Correction of entries.—The Government of Gujarat may, on an application made in Form TM-A by any patent agent or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than one hundred and twenty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
