Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the patent agent shall apply to the Government of Gujarat in Form 3 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of forty thousand rupees, and the Government of Gujarat shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
