Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of packaged drinking water shall intimate to the Referral Laboratory, in Form A and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Referral Laboratory shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
