Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a zoo shall apply to the Divisional Forest Officer in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Divisional Forest Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
