Safe custody.—Every bank conducting Government business shall keep every sanction order to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the conduct of Government business by a bank is carried on, shall record in Form GFR 25 the description of every sanction order so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Comptroller and Auditor-General within seven days of the close of each year.
