Application for registration.—Every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies in Form A, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every register of projects held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
