Safe custody.—Every lessee of Government land shall keep every agreement for sale to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the holding of Government land on lease is carried on, shall record in Form D the description of every agreement for sale so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within one hundred and eighty days of the close of each year.
