Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the person drawing ground water shall apply to the Tribunal in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
