Intimation of change.—Every electrical contractor shall intimate to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, in Form I and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
