Application for registration.—Every electrical contractor carrying on the execution of electrical installation work shall make an application for registration to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form II, within sixty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every generating station held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
