Bye-law 11, Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Registration of The execution of electrical installation work) Bye-laws, 2012 [S3C-JM7]

Maintenance of premises.—Every electrical contractor shall keep the premises where the execution of electrical installation work is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every register of consumers kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the execution of electrical installation work, and shall furnish to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form VII, within sixty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
