Bye-law 6, Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Registration of The execution of electrical installation work) Bye-laws, 2012 [S3C-JFM]

Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any electrical contractor dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form VII, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of consumers then held; and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
