Bye-law 4, Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Registration of The execution of electrical installation work) Bye-laws, 2012 [S3C-JDG]

Appeal.—An appeal against an order made under these bye-laws shall be preferred by the electrical contractor aggrieved by it in Form I within thirty days of the communication of the order, and shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the order appealed against, a statement of the grounds of appeal and a fee of fifty thousand rupees; and an appeal preferred after that period shall be accompanied by a statement of the reasons for the delay.
