Bye-law 2, Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Registration of The execution of electrical installation work) Bye-laws, 2012 [S3C-JBW]

Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006); (b) "electrical contractor" means a person carrying on the execution of electrical installation work; (c) "meter" means a meter received, held or disposed of by a electrical contractor in the course of the execution of electrical installation work; (d) "Form I" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
