Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a private security service in a cantonment dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Station Commander in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every identity card then held; and the Station Commander shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
