Application for registration.—Every manufacturer of telecommunication equipment carrying on the manufacture of telecommunication equipment shall make an application for registration to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in Form G, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every subscriber record held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
