Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the Lok Adalat organiser shall apply to the Designated Court in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Designated Court shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
