Application for registration.—Every micro-insurance agent carrying on the distribution of micro-insurance products shall make an application for registration to the Securities Appellate Tribunal in Form IRDA-6, within ninety days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every register of policies held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
