Surrender of certificate.—Every micro-insurance agent who ceases to carry on the distribution of micro-insurance products shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Securities Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-8 of the manner in which every endorsement held by him has been disposed of.
