Safe custody.—Every micro-insurance agent shall keep every nomination to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the distribution of micro-insurance products is carried on, shall record in Form IRDA-1 the description of every nomination so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Securities Appellate Tribunal within sixty days of the close of each year.
