Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of posts of Principal Deputy Superintendent Of Police in the Home Department, Government of Assam shall be 35, subject to variation dependent on workload; and the said post shall be classified as a Group 'C' post in the Service, Non-Gazetted and Ministerial, carrying Level 4 in the pay matrix.
