Surrender of certificate.—Every nidhi company who ceases to carry on the business of a nidhi shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Moneylenders in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every promissory note held by him has been disposed of.
