Grant of certificate of registration.—The Dispute Resolution Panel shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of five thousand rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form ITR-1 within thirty days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every books of account stated in the application.
