Surrender of certificate.—Every cadet who ceases to carry on enrolment as a cadet shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Defence Estates Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every permit held by him has been disposed of.
