Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any exporter of services dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Odisha in Form FC-4, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every certificate of origin then held; and the Government of Odisha shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
