Surrender of certificate.—Every sub-tenant who ceases to carry on the sub-letting of premises shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every agreement for sale held by him has been disposed of.
