Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any sub-tenant dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies in Form D, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every completion certificate then held; and the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
