Application for registration.—Every sub-tenant carrying on the sub-letting of premises shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies in Form B, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every apartment held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
