Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the distributor of films shall apply to the Advisory Panel in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Advisory Panel shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
